This is a new 40 CF high pressure gas cylinder. It has a CGA-540 valve for oxygen, and a valid 10-year hydro test. It can be various colors, though the color is usually dark green or black. The cylinder ships empty, but it can be filled at almost any local gas supplier. Most gas suppliers will exchange the empty cylinder for a full one to save you a trip.
