Actellic 50EC Insecticide Dustis a broad spectrum insecticide for use as a grain admixture and for fly control in industrial and domestic buildings, refuse tips and abattoirs. May be added to grain for human or animal consumption to control established infestations or prevent infestation.
Active ingredient:
20 g/kg of pirimiphos-methyl in the form of a dust.
Controls pests like:
– Flys.
– Grain weevils (rice, maize, granary).
– Grain moths.
– Beetles (saw-toothed, etc.).
Application Rates:
Grain treatment: 200 g per tonne of grainMust be evenly mixed during conveying.
Buildings / fly control: ~70 g/m² when used as bait mix.
Dust or bait applied to surfaces where flies gather.
Note: Often mixed with sugar as a bait for flies.
Used in:
– Industrial buildings.
– Abattoirs.
– Refuse areas.
– Livestock facilities.
