Chef Knife in 8670 w/ Box Elder Handle

This Western profiled Chef knife is stock removal from 8670 High carbon steel with a 3/32 inch thin distal tapered blade, S-ground (for food release), full tang construction. The handle is 3/4 inch thick and tapers to the front slightly to fit comfortably the hand. The handle is assembled with stabilized and dyed Box Elder with two 1/4 inch copper pins and one brass center pin. Full tang. 8 inch blade, 13 inches overall. 8670 high carbon steel. Stock removal.
