Use this single point diamond wheel dresser to true the wheel on a tool post grinder.
Set the grinder dressing tool at a 15 degree angle to the wheel centerline. The normal infeed when dressing a wheel is 0.0005″ per pass. Traverse rates range from 8 to 10 inches per minutes. Rotate the tool periodically to maintain a sharp point.
