Hobart® ER70S-6 MIG Welding Wire, 2lb Spool
Hobart® ER70S-6 MIG Welding Wire is a general-purpose solid wire designed for welding mild steel. It features a higher level of deoxidizers compared to ER70S-3, which improves puddle wetting for a flatter bead profile and allows for faster travel speeds. This wire is commonly used with 75/25 (argon/CO₂) or higher argon gas mixtures like 90/10, but it also performs well with 100% CO₂. Meets AWS A5.18 ER70S-6 specifications.
