Active Ingredient:

Pasture Re‑Establishment:
– Extremely damaging to Clover and Ryegrass; soil residues can prevent re‑establishment.

Resistance Management:
– Group 2 (sulfonylurea).
– Resistance possible—use cultural controls, rotate Herbicide modes of action and follow resistance guidance (resistance.nzpps.org).
Hazards:
– Eye irritation Category 2.
– Very toxic to aquatic life (acute & chronic Category 1).
– Very toxic to soil environment; harmful to soil organisms.

If Swallowed:

Skin/hair Contact:
– Remove contaminated clothing and rinse.
Eye:
– Rinse immediately with water.

Storage & Disposal:
– Store in original container, tightly closed, locked, dry, cool, away from food/seed/fertilisers; protect from freezing.
– Stores ≥100 kg require signage;>100 kg require emergency response plans.
– Triple rinse container; add rinsate to spray tank; burn if allowed or crush & bury or return to approved disposal.
Environmental Precautions:
– Avoid contamination of Waterways; do not apply into/onto water.
– Only apply to Drains/Irrigation Channels when dry and allow ≥2 months before they carry water.
– Prevent off‑target movement and root contamination of desirable Trees.
Mixing, Cleaning & Compatibility:
– Partly fill tank, add product and agitate while filling. Compatible with many Herbicides (e.g., Glyphosate).
– Add organosilicone surfactants (Pennitr8) last.
– Marker dyes (acetic acid based) use within 24 h.
Cleaning:
– Drain and flush, then two cycles of 1 L household bleach (3% sodium hypochlorite) per 100 L, remove nozzles/filters and rinse thoroughly.
Record Keeping & Legal:
– Keep records when using ≥3 kg within 24 hours.
– It is an offence to cause residues exceeding MRLs.
