The Blue Sea Systems Push Button Reset Only Screw Terminal Circuit Breaker is a reset-only thermal branch circuit breaker for DC boat circuits where switching is handled elsewhere. It is used for branch circuit protection and can also be used for 24-hour circuit protection, with amperage options from 3A to 40A across the range.
This breaker is rated for a maximum of 32V DC and uses 8 screw terminals for secure wire connections behind a panel. The panel mount is 3/8-27 UNS, which suits compact electrical layouts where multiple protected circuits need to fit cleanly in a helm, console, battery area, or distribution panel.
The trip-free mechanism prevents the breaker from being held on during a fault current condition, while the push-to-reset button makes recovery straightforward after the fault has been corrected. It is ignition protected for installation aboard gasoline-powered boats and operates from -10° C to 60° C.
