This Chef Knife is stock removal from AEB-L stainless steel with a satin belt finish and full tang construction. It is comfortable in the hand, lending itself to be used with versatility and ease in the kitchen. The handle is assembled with Purple and black G10 with a sanded blasted finish for an excellent grip. The measurements are 1 3/4 inches from the spine to the cutting edge and is 1/8″ thick right in front of the handle. Full tang. 6 inch blade, 9 3/4 inches overall. AEB-L Stainless steel.
