The EL-AV CND Series cyclone water separator removesup to 99% of bulk liquid water from compressed air using ahigh-velocity centrifugal vane — no element to replace, no consumablesto stock. Mount it as the first stage of any plant air-treatment trainto protect refrigerated dryers, coalescing filters, and downstream toolingfrom slugs of water.
- Centrifugal cyclone vane — element-free, zero replacement cost
- Anodized cast aluminum housing rated to 16 bar / 232 PSI
- Float-actuated auto drainer included

Placement
Install the CND immediately downstream of the air receiver tank, ahead of any refrigerated dryer or coalescing filter. The cyclone needsturbulent flow to work properly — don’t install it directly off thecompressor discharge (no separation will occur). For high-condensateenvironments, replace the standard drainer with theEL-AV CNDSSAD stainless-steel auto drainer upgrade.
