Fenox 480SC is for pre-and post-emergence control of Broadleaf Weeds and some Annual Grasses in Apples, Grapes, Kiwifruit, Stonefruit and Forest Nurseries.
Active ingredient:
480g/litre oxyfluorfen SC Double the strength of Fenox 240 EC.
Main Uses:
– Controls Broadleaf Weeds + some Annual Grasses.
Used In:
– Tree Crops (e.g. Apples, Kiwifruit, Stonefruit).
– Forestry / Nurseries.
– Can also be used as a “spike” additive to boost other Herbicides.
Application Timing:
– Pre-emergence, apply immediately after sowing / to clean seedbeds.
– Before Weed emergence.
Typical Water Rate:
– 300–400 L/ha, post-emergence.
Apply When:
Weeds are ≤ 5 cm high, Crop is established (e.g. forestry ≥ ~5 weeks after Emergence), requires good coverage.
Use Rates: (from label examples).
– Rates vary by Crop – always check exact section.
– Forestry (e.g. Pinus, Cupressus) 1–2 L/ha.
– Eucalyptus / Acacia 0.25–0.5 L/ha.
