This Paring Knife is stock removal from AEB-L stainless steel with a flat ground, satin belt finish and full tang construction. It is comfortable in the hand, lending itself to be used with versatility and ease in the kitchen. The handle is assembled with purple and black G10. The measurements are 1 inche from the spine to the cutting edge and is 1/16″ thick right in front of the handle with a distal taper to the tip. Full tang. 4 inch blade, 8 1/4 inches overall.
